The Safe T Fencemate has a one year limited warranty when installed and maintained according to all instructions supplied with the product. If this product fails due to a defect in material or workmanship within one year of the date of purchase email craig@safetfencemate.com to arrange for free replacement. Safe T Fencemate will not pay for damage to or failure of this product resulting from accident, abuse, misuse, use for other than its intended purpose, or from unauthorized modifications made to this product.
Proof of purchase is required to obtain replacement warranty. Prior written approval and a return authorization must be obtained before product is returned. Returns must be shipped prepaid. Collect shipments or shipments without a return authorization will not be accepted. In no event shall Safe T Fencemate’s liability exceed the value of the product sold.
