Safe T Fencemate
Install steel T-posts 8 to 10 feet apart for the best strength, leaving 4 feet 6 inches of the post out of the ground to prevent fence from freezing or becoming buried. T-posts should be installed with studded side of the post facing squarely towards the fence (rebar or u-posts are not recommended as fence supports). Roll out the safety / snow fence along the T-posts, pull fence taught hooking the top of the fence at the top of each T-post.
Place one half of the Safe T Fencemate on the backside of the T-post with the locking tabs inserted through the fence.

Place the second half of the Safe T Fencemate on the front side of the fence locking both halves together securing the cap in place and attaching the fence to the T-post. Additional lower Safe T Fencemates attach the same but without a top or accessory cap. It is recommended to use 3 Safe T Fencemates per T-post for the best support.
NOTE: Fence installation specified by an engineer will supersede the above installation recommendations if more stringent requirements are required
